  • Play + explore the grounds with your closest buddies and a few of ours … who happen to be a herd of goats, chickens, a tortoise, pigs, a duck, ponies, horses, a rooster, a mini cow … & more!

  • Feed the goats & chickens for $5 each! Enjoy our shaded picnic spaces and bathe in the sounds of nature.

  • Visit the Sugar Roots Farmstand! We offer a rolling assortment of produce.

Bring your students to the farm! We host field trips
from Aug through Dec.

The curriculum for the tour is based on K–12
state science standards. We make intentional connections between what students learn in
school and experiencing true farm life.

Spend Summer 2025 on the Farm!

Sugar Roots Farm Outdoor Summer Camp is offered for three weeks throughout May and June 2025.

Our camp curriculum covers the importance of seed saving and pollination, different ecosystems, the earth’s natural cycles, human impact on the planet, and finally, the abundant magic of the natural world.
